We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are a family business, so when something is not right, it falls on us, and we make it right before the day ends.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I contact you before you need to contact us.
